About me

Hi! 👋 I'm Mari Vidal, a UX Designer with over 3 years of experience in creating high-impact digital products. Currently, I'm part of the LuizaLabs team, where I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize the physical store experience and post-purchase processes.

My approach is end-to-end: from immersion in research and problem discovery to the delivery of high-fidelity interfaces and handoff. I have a particular knack for translating complex flows into simple journeys, always using Artificial Intelligence as an ally to ensure agility and technical excellence.

📐 Design and Prototyping

I develop high-fidelity interfaces and scalable Design Systems, where each component is thought out to ensure visual consistency and technical efficiency at production time. I use techniques such as wireframes and flowcharts as tools to materialize ideas, reduce uncertainties, and align expectations between stakeholders and engineering, so that the final product is intuitive, impactful, and aligned with expectations.

🔍 Research and Testing

I conduct discovery cycles through qualitative and quantitative methodologies, such as in-depth interviews and usability tests, to identify real pain points and validate behaviors. My goal is to act as the voice of the user in the development process, ensuring that the solutions created solve problems genuinely and effectively.

📈 Analysis and Metrics

My work is results-oriented and requires a constant eye on data. I use product metrics analysis and analytics tools to monitor the performance of solutions and identify optimization opportunities. By connecting business KPIs with the user experience, I transform numbers into strategic decisions that generate real value for the business.

🧠 Artificial Intelligence

I integrate Artificial Intelligence as a strategic arm of my workflow. I use AI tools and concepts to accelerate the synthesis of large volumes of research data, automate operational design tasks, and perform efficient handoffs that integrate Figma design components into Git. This technological layer allows me to focus on innovation and high-level strategy, delivering intelligent solutions that anticipate needs and optimize response time.

I establish clear and collaborative handoff processes, providing design documentation, interaction specifications, and organized style guides that facilitate implementation. I work directly with development teams from the initial stages, ensuring the technical viability of solutions to maintain the visual and functional integrity of the product throughout the build cycle.
